With the closest Fry’s Marketplace at Dove Valley and I-17, the new store will fill a need in the burgeoning North Valley neighborhoods, including the fast-growing Union Park at Norterra.

Red Development is developing the 12-acre site which also includes four pads with drive-through capability for restaurants and other businesses facing Jomax Road. No additional tenants have been announced to date.
