The annual Music in May series takes place this month in the Anthem Community Park. Grab a takeout dinner from a nearby restaurant or home, bring a blanket and chairs, enjoy the weather, hangout with the neighborhood and party to some diverse music from local Arizona bands.

The Very Secret Service
7-9 P.M.
A modern top 40 cover band consisting of seasoned musicians who call the Valley home, including Grammy Award-winning drummer Greg Jacks of the french pop group, Superbus. This opening night features a variety of food trucks.

The City Nights Band
7-9 P.M.
Top hits brought to life with big energy for a fun night to suit every taste of music, from the Beatles to Bruno Mars. Dessert/ice cream trucks on-site.

YOUNG COUNTRY
7-9 P.M.
A southwestern staple for country music covers, this long-standing band brings flair from other genres to get people out on the dance floor. Dessert/ice cream trucks on-site.

SUPERHERO
7-9 P.M.
Favorite dance and rock hits from the ’70s to today performed by a group with dynamic personalities to bring this month of music to a close. Dessert/ice cream trucks on-site.
