Freedom Festivities Around the Phoenix Valley

Fun ways to celebrate the Fourth on all four days of the long weekend around the Valley to the High Country.

(Note: City of Phoenix has canceled its Fabulous Phoenix Fourth, Light Up the Sky at the American Family Fields and After Dark in the Park due to supply chain issues affecting access to fireworks. Pleasant Harbor at Lake Pleasant also announced the cancellation of its annual fireworks due to supply chain issues.)

Independence Day Picnic

Bring food from home or purchase a burger on site. Watch a pick-up softball game between the Phoenix Fire Department and the Daisy Mountain Fire & Medical teams. Plus, live music, bounce houses and fireworks.

The 22nd Annual Independence Day Event

Water slides, carnival rides, inflatables, stilt walkers, jugglers, glitter tattoos, a beer garden, food trucks, dancing, National anthem observance and fireworks. Wristbands recommended to be purchased in advance at Anthem Community Center or Anthem Civic Building.
