Healthy Planning

Posted on June 18, 2025 by Valley Vibe

A new spot to pick up prepped meals for the week

Whether you’re an athlete, a powerlifter, or a busy professional on-the-go, if mindful eating is your goal, but you lack the time or desire to meal prep at home, a local meal prep provider is just around the corner.

Inferno Meals offers ready-to-eat healthy and balanced high protein-style meals to keep you and the family full and energized. Breakfast, lunch and dinner options come packed with proteins, vegetables and carbohydrates.

Inferno Gym owner Dontay Moch and wife Sarah recently opened the workout facility near 7th Street and Carefree Highway in the Tuscani Pointe Plaza. Inferno Meals, formerly known as AZ Meal Prep, offers a rotating menu with frequent changes.

Both small and large size offerings are available to order and customize to your preference and dietary restrictions.

Most meals come packaged ready to heat and eat, but plenty of cold options are available and popular during the summer months as well.  Menu choices include protein waffles, breakfast bowls, quiches, chili, smoked fish, taco bowls, shrimp bowls with veggies, and burritos. Popular for summer is chicken pasta salad or curry wrap, both served cold.

Orders can be placed online, by text, phone or in-person 48 hours in advance for pick-up or delivery, or a variety of dishes are available for grab-and-go at the gym in small and large sizes.

“Come early though, because once they’re gone, they’re gone,” says Dontay.

Most meals have a fridge shelf life of 5-7 days, and are freezer safe, too.

Inferno family-sized meals are available to order as well.
